We’re looking for whānau, community groups and organisations who are passionate about building a Smokefree Aotearoa. This Grant helps deliver local Activations that put whānau first and make Smokefree living a normal part of life.
Application Process
1Check if this Grant is right for you
The purpose of the Grant is to increase quit attempts by mobilising Smokefree messaging through community-led Activations. Activations must also align with one or more of these outcomes:
- Increase the number of people who successfully quit smoking
- Eliminate inequities in smoking rates and smoking-related illness
- Create a Smokefree generation by supporting tamariki and rangatahi to stay Smokefree
2Confirm your eligibility
Any legal entity, trust or organisation that is eligible to receive funding may apply. We are also able to work alongside community groups and leaders. If you’re unsure, please view the Guidelines or contact your regional Community Activator from Hāpai Te Hauora.
